About working at Marian College
The heart of Marian College is in our special Catholic character and in our people.
With a maximum roll of 430 students, Marian College is fortunate in having a friendly, family atmosphere which comes from teachers and students knowing each other well.
We nurture positive and supportive relationships between our staff and students, and we enjoy working collaboratively.
Our school has a genuine commitment to the values inherent in the traditions of the religious orders of the Sisters of St Joseph of the Sacred Heart and the Sisters of Mercy.
We have a long tradition of service – alongside students, as a Marian College staff member, you can expect to be actively involved and contributing positively to the wider community.
Thanks to our team of passionate staff, Marian students perform very well – achieving higher academic results than average nationally and compared with similar schools.
Our staff play a critical role in supporting our cultural and sporting teams and in helping to actively reinforce the Marian values of courage, perseverance and commitment – through leading by example.
This is an exciting time to join the team at Marian College. With a new school on the horizon, we are going through the important process of re-discovering and celebrating our history, people, spirit and culture, and planning for the future.
If Marian sounds like a community you would like to contribute to and be a part of, please consider our current vacancies.
